News from Our Place to your place...
The last months have been very busy at Our Place as we have been preparing and testing our new public content generated web site www.ourplacephotos.org. This site is now fully functioning so visit, join up, and then share your photographs of your favourite World Heritage sites. We will be running competitions and special promotions at our place photos as we work to promote “our place on our planet”.

Photographic Exhibition displayed on the fence surrounding the UNESCO HQ
In Paris, to coincide with the 35th World Heritage Committee Meeting, Our Place has a 50 image Photographic Exhibition displayed on the fence surrounding the UNESCO HQ building in the Place de Fontenoy.
This large billboard exhibition was promoted in the opening speech of the 35th WH Committee Meeting by the UNESCO Director General Irina Bokova, and will be on public display until the end of September.
